Mr Canterbury has substantial experience in leading ASX-listed mining companies, most recently as Chief Executive Officer of ASX-listed Bauxite Resources Limited. Prior to this, Mr Canterbury was Chief Financial Officer of Sundance Resources Limited for six years. Mr Canterbury played a lead role in negotiating the Mining and Development convention for Sundance in Cameroon for the US$5 billion iron ore mine rail and port project. He was also critical in rebuilding Sundance as acting CEO following the tragic plane crash in June 2010, which claimed the lives of the entire Board.
In addition to Mr Canterbury’s key role at Sundance, his experience in the African mining sector includes oversight of the GBG bauxite mine in Guinea in his role as Chief Financial Officer of Dadco Europe. Mr Canterbury’s career includes several senior positions with Alcoa World Alumina in finance, marketing and project development.

Mr Edwards is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales with significant experience in the energy and resource sectors. He brings outstanding skills in corporate governance, strategy and business planning, debt and equity markets, investor relations, joint venture management and operations.
Mr Edwards was most recently employed as General Manager Finance with Clough Limited, an international engineering, construction and commissioning contractor servicing the world’s largest oil and gas construction companies. Prior to this, he was Group Financial Controller for Fortescue Metals Limited (ASX: FMG) and played a key role in supporting FMG through a period of significant growth including refinancing existing debt facilities and financing the US$10bn project development to 155mtpa. He has also held a corporate advisory role with Deloitte Australia and has served as Chief Financial Officer
Lisa ParkGeneral Manager – Studies and Metallurgy
Ms Park is a highly credentialed process engineer with broad experience across commodities and geographies, having held previous roles with US-listed engineering business AECOM, Fluor Australia, MMG Limited, Worley Parsons and Lycopodium. Recent key projects in which she has contributed include Vale’s Long Harbour refinery implementation, and Anglo’s Pebble Project pre-feasibility study. Her African experience includes for example studies for a small gold project in Egypt and a copper project in the DRC.
Ms Park brings an outstanding background in developing and delivering projects and processing solutions for the mining industry. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) from the University of Melbourne, a Masters of Applied Finance and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
